Free skills

Three skills that make AI more demanding.

A skill is a file of instructions your coding assistant reads before it starts working. These three change the quality of what it delivers: less generic interfaces, text that sounds human, bugs fixed at the root.

Keyword IMPECCABLE

impeccable

Interfaces that stop looking like a template.

What it changes

  • Before drawing anything, the AI names the screen's job: persuade, operate, read or experience. A pricing page is not composed like a dashboard.
  • It refuses the reflexes that give away a generated interface: grids of identical cards, decorative gradients, small labels above every heading.
  • Then it runs the right pass for your request: polish, bolder, quieter, distill, harden or audit.

Before

A purple gradient, three identical cards with an icon and two lines, a “Learn more” button.

After

A heading that says what the product does, one piece of proof up front, a button that names the action, and states planned for loading and errors.

Install the original

From your project root, the installer recommended by the author detects your tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and others):

In the terminal

npx impeccable install

Then in your assistant

/impeccable init

Claude Code variant, then install from /plugin

/plugin marketplace add pbakaus/impeccable

The French version, to download

The main skill file in French, the 16 reference playbooks (in English), the Apache-2.0 license and the notice of changes. The original's engine and automatic detectors are not included.

Keyword SLOP

stop-slop

AI text that sounds like a person.

What it changes

  • The AI cuts limp openers (“in today's landscape”, “it is important to note”) and inflated words that prove nothing.
  • It writes in the active voice, with a real subject doing the action, and varies sentence length instead of lining up lists of three.
  • When rewriting existing text, it keeps every piece of information and only changes how it is said.

Before

“In today's digital landscape, our innovative solution streamlines your processes while fostering collaboration.”

After

“Your quotes go out in two minutes, and the whole team can see which ones are waiting for an answer.”

Install the original

The repository has no installer. For Claude Code, its author simply says to add the folder as a skill: download it from GitHub and put it here.

~/.claude/skills/stop-slop/

Maestro's version is not a word-for-word translation: it is a condensed French rewrite built on the same principles, with French equivalents of the words to avoid.

The French version, to download

The skill file in French, exactly as Maestro's agents use it, and the MIT license.

Keyword DEBUG

superpowers

Find the cause before fixing, prove it before saying “done”.

What it changes

  • Faced with a bug, the AI reproduces the problem and traces it to its cause before touching the code. No more random patches.
  • It no longer announces “fixed” without rerunning the test and reading its output, after the last change.
  • It asks for a review from an agent that starts from scratch, and checks each comment before applying it.

Before

“I added a 500 ms delay, the test passes. Fixed.”

After

“The save fired before loading finished. Cause reproduced, one single fix, tests rerun: 12 out of 12, output read.”

Install the original

The full collection (about fifteen skills, in English) installs in Claude Code from the official marketplace:

In Claude Code

/plugin install superpowers@claude-plugins-official

Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and the other tools each have their own method, described in the repository.

The French version, to download

The four skills Maestro uses: systematic-debugging, verification-before-completion (adapted into French), receiving-code-review and requesting-code-review (original text), with the MIT license.

And in Maestro

These skills are already built into Maestro and used by its agents.

Maestro is a Mac app where nine AI agents build your application. You approve each step with a “Looks good to me”, and every step leaves a version you can go back to. The beta is invitation-only and free; AI usage is still paid to the provider you choose. The downloads on this page require none of that.
