What users and funders report

On Capterra France, a Digiforma customer gave 1 out of 5 on April 2, 2025 under the title 'Confusing detailed offers': 'The software is good but the starter plan only lets you create 5 programmes. And that wasn't transparent when subscribing.' The review corpus remains thin in this segment, with Dendreo having only one review on the same platform, and we do not claim it reveals a trend. The second criticism comes from elsewhere, public discussions attached to the official dataset on data.gouv.fr: a provider certified by Qualianor on January 23, 2026 wrote on February 12, 2026 that the public file still showed it as uncertified; the same thread had repeated in October 2025 with AFNOR. It keeps the evidence in the order it will be requested. Electronic invoicing also applies as to any business: mandatory receipt since September 1, 2026, issuance from September 1, 2027 for SMEs and microbusinesses, through an approved platform.
