Start with preparing case files

A first screen could bring together the documents awaited, their status and the practice's next action. Keep a clear distinction between received and reviewed. A document supplied by a client may be unreadable, incomplete or related to a different matter.

Protect confidentiality during development

Describe your working methods using entirely invented cases, without attaching client documents. The French National Bar Council's guide to AI and professional ethics recalls confidentiality and prudence requirements. Saving a project on your computer does not mean all AI exchanges stay local.

Check the result with a fictional case

Create an example containing a missing document, a duplicate and a document that needs replacing. Check whether the screen makes the situation clear without opening every file. Also check who changed the status and whether the history remains readable after a correction.
